What’s for dinner? Last night we had Crock Pot Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken…. that’s a chicken dish with a little Asian flair. Served with a side of rice cooked in chicken broth (the rice picks up the flavor) and a side of tempura cauliflower.
During my last grocery shopping trip, I stumbled across a sale on chicken breasts, boneless chicken breasts, so you know they went in the buggy. The hubs will ask not for fried chicken but for bbq chicken and I’m entirely capable of cooking chicken a multitude of ways. So when I have a bargain on chicken, I don’t necessarily ask how he’d like it…. I just go for it!
I don’t always share recipes for all our meals simply because, like many of you, our meals tend to repeat somewhat. The hubs likes his bbq chicken, his spaghetti and his chili. He loves chili all year long! So much so that I often call him Chili-man.
