Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350.
  2. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  3. Peel and chop your apples.
  4. In a mixing bowl combine the cake mix, the dry pudding mix, water, eggs and oil and mix until smooth. Pour in the chopped apples and the extract.
  5. Bake 50 minutes and check for doneness by inserting a toothpick. It should come out clean. You may need to adjust cooking time a few minutes as each oven is different.
  6. When done, set somewhere to cool for about 20 minutes. Invert the cake pan onto a serving plate/platter.
  7. Unwrap 20 caramels and place into a microwave safe bowl along with the milk. Microwave on high 30 seconds at a time until you can stir the two together to form a sauce.
  8. Drizzle over the cake.
