Apple Bundt Cake

Ingredients
- 1 pkg cake mix white or yellow
- 1 pkg instant pudding vanilla or French vanilla
- 1 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3-4 apples chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 20 caramels
- 1/4 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350.
- Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- Peel and chop your apples.
- In a mixing bowl combine the cake mix, the dry pudding mix, water, eggs and oil and mix until smooth. Pour in the chopped apples and the extract.
- Bake 50 minutes and check for doneness by inserting a toothpick. It should come out clean. You may need to adjust cooking time a few minutes as each oven is different.
- When done, set somewhere to cool for about 20 minutes. Invert the cake pan onto a serving plate/platter.
- Unwrap 20 caramels and place into a microwave safe bowl along with the milk. Microwave on high 30 seconds at a time until you can stir the two together to form a sauce.
- Drizzle over the cake.
