Blueberry Buckle
  1. Wash and dry the blueberries, removing any stems.
  2. Batter: In a bowl, blend the milk, butter, eggs and sugar together. Gradually add the flour, mixing well. Using a spoon or spatula, fold the blueberries into batter. Spread batter into a 9-inch square pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  3. Topping: In a small bowl, using a fork, combine the topping ingredients. Sprinkle topping over the batter.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Yields: 8 servings
