Instructions
  1. Melt butter in a saucepan on the stove top. Add the cocoa and stir. Remove from heat and add sugar, flour, other dry ingredients and the eggs. Mix well. Pour into pan. Cut or lay room temperature cream cheese here and there on the batter and then swirl it into the batter with a butter knife. Baker 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

I sometimes add some chocolate extract too!
