Open the crescent rolls and separate. Lay 4-5 pepperoni slices on each.
Open your mozzarella cheese and cut into three pieces. Each about 1 1/2″ long and lay in the wide end. Sprinkle with Italian Seasoning. Roll up. Sprinkle with Italian Seasoning and a little garlic salt.
Bake according to the temps on the package of crescent rolls.
