You’ll need a large container, something close to a half gallon. Grate the horseradish if using fresh or use already minced from a jar. Grate the ginger root or use already minced from a jar. Mince the onion, the orange and lemon, the garlic and the peppers. Place all into your large jar. Sprinkle the turmeric in. Now pour the apple cider vinegar in to cover.
Place in the refrigerator for 4-6 weeks and try to remember to shake the jar daily.
At the end of the 4-6 weeks, strain the contents into another smaller jar. Add honey to taste and store in your refrigerator.
