Instructions
  1. Cut your avocados in half. Scoop out the pulp from one half of one avocado and smash in a bowl. Add in the next 5 ingredients and mix. If too thick you may add extra sour cream (or try mayo) or a little extra half and half. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Remove the outer leaves of the iceberg and discard if they weren't wrapped. (Some lettuce comes wrapped in plastic keeping the outer leaves pristine, some doesn't. ) Cut the head of lettuce into wedges, place on a plate and drizzle the dressing over the tops. You may then add the rest of the avocados (sliced), the eggs (sliced), the celery (chopped) and the bacon (crumbled.) Season with salt and pepper
