Lemon Brownies
Like a brownie only with lemons…
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 and grease a 8×8 baking pan.
  2. Combine the flour, sugar, salt and butter well. The mixture should be crumbly.
  3. Stir in the eggs, lemon zest and lemon juice until combined.
  4. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges just begin to brown.
  5. Cool completely.
  6. Make the glaze by stirring together the lemon juice and powdered sugar until smooth. Pour on top and spread to the edges. Allow to firm up before cutting into bite sized pieces or bars.
