- 1 squash yellow or crookneck (sliced)
- 1 slice onion chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (or one minced garlic clove)
- seasoned salt
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions
- On the stovetop, put the olive oil in a saucepan and heat. Once hot, add the chopped onion and garlic and cook until the onions are translucent. Add the chicken broth and sliced squash and cook until the squash is tender. Season with seasoned salt and top with mozzarella cheese.
