Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, pour in the bread crumbs and the 1/4 cup of cream.
  2. While the bread soaks, heat a skillet with a dash of olive oil and saute the onions and garlic until the onions are translucent.
  3. Add the onion mixture into the large bowl, along with the ground beef, the oregano and the egg. Mix well.
  4. Reheat the skillet. Make meatballs out of the meat mixture and cook in the pan. When the meatballs are done, remove and keep warm.
  5. In the now empty skillet, add the butter and the flour and make a roux. Add in the broth and stir to cook until you get a gravy like consistency. Add in the cream and lower the temp. Mix in the Worcestershire and mustard. Return the meatballs to the pan and cook until the meatballs are reheated through.
  6. Serve over mashed potatoes, or pasta.
