Instructions
  1. Hand mix your ground turkey with the soaked bread, egg and salt/pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and saute the garlic. Add in the flour and cook for a minute or two.
  3. Add in the chicken broth, the lemon juice and the dried cilantro to the skillet. Allow to come to a boil.
  4. Make medium sized meatballs and put them in the sauce. Cover the pan and cook on med-low (just barely boiling) for about 20-25 minutes.
Recipe Notes

You can always add a tad more lemon juice. Just add a teaspoon at a time and taste the sauce so that you don't make it 'too' sour.
