Instructions
  1. Precook your wild rice according to the package directions. (This is typically a 2-1 ratio.)
  2. In a skillet, heat the oil and add the onion. Cook until the onion is translucent. Add in the flour, salt and pepper and cook until blended.
  3. Add in the chicken broth and stir to combine. When it starts to thicken add in the cream.
  4. Add the pre-cooked chicken, the can of mushrooms and the pimentoes and stir to combine.
  5. When the rice is done, add to the skillet. Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Recipe Notes

I buy pre-cooked aka roasted chicken breasts as cheap as raw ones. I used one large chicken breast and cut it into small 1/2" cubes.
